"ISR is a baby swim lesson program that is meant to teach babies and toddlers to survive in the water- especially if they find themselves there by accident. It teaches babies to flip to their backs, float, hold their breath, and eventually get to the side of the pool. ISR costs around $750 and includes lessons 10 minutes a day over about 5 weeks."
