I had my identical twin boys at just 24 weeks after an emergency laser surgery while pregnant that were life-saving for them. They’re now about 1 lb each, fighting for their lives in the NICU. 🩵 Since they came so early, I wasn’t able to prepare for them, and between medical bills and driving 4 hours round-trip every day to their NICU because we can’t afford to stay nearby, we haven’t been able to get many baby essentials.
