Hi Family and Friends,
We love to be eco friendly and thrifty, so we encourage you to shop secondhand! If you have or find something similar to what we have listed here we will gladly take it. FB Marketplace has tons of gently used baby gear and Thriftbooks.com is an excellent place to find secondhand children’s books as well! We are expecting lots of hand me down clothes from cousins, so we’d prefer more practical items where possible.
Our nursery is a jungle safari theme: think sage green, khaki brown, soft yellows and muted oranges. Wild animals and exotic plants! 🦁🌿🦒🌳
For diapers please consider size 0-1. We are set up with a cloth diapering system (thanks Lindsey!) but will use disposables for the first month or two as we adjust.
We have also set up a cash fund to help pay for the bigger ticket items and anything else that we might need.
