"If you feel led to bring a meal..breakfasts, lactation snacks, dinners, anything is so appreciated! ​We are avoiding folic acid. Folic acid is found in grains like pasta, bread, and rice. The label will say enriched with folic acid and is one of the first ingredients listed. Most organic grains will not have folic acid. For flour, it will say unenriched, unbleached and organic. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out!"

This means we're skipping most store-bought breads, pastas, and baked goods unless they're not enriched. If you're cooking at home, feel free to use unenriched, unbleached and organic flour — it’s easy to find in most stores. Thank you so much for your love and support — it means the world to us!"
