Avery’s baby registry

Hi all! After a brutal year, we’re still not entirely convinced this baby is actually happening (despite what the doctors keep saying and the pants with ever diminishing give). Avery, especially, remains skeptical.

We’re emotionally prepared to welcome our creature of unknown origin (COUO) with just diapers, a bassinet, and a car seat, but the ever-practical and child-savvy Stern family insists we might want a few more things to prevent us from becoming the Sad Beige Parents we were destined to be. We raise an eyebrow, but here we are.

Please don’t feel any obligation to get us anything! If you do feel inclined, we’re grateful for gifts big or small, new or used often preferred...Books, nursery art, or texts that say “do you have this already?” are also very welcome (the answer is almost certainly no but if it's lived in your basement since the Clinton administration, we might lie to you.)
