Thank you so much for visiting our baby registry and for thinking of our family during this time.
Willow Naomi Bernardo Whaley made her arrival earlier than we expected at 24 weeks and 2 days. Since her birth she has been in the NICU and our stay is expected to be more than 100 days. Because of everything surrounding her early arrival and ongoing hospital stay, we were not able to have a baby shower and will not be planning one. We are still taking things one day at a time and do not yet know when she will be able to come home.
While this experience has been incredibly difficult and emotional, we are so grateful to share that she is doing well and continuing to grow stronger every day. The love, encouragement, prayers, and support we have received from our family and friends have meant more to us than we can fully express.
So many people have kindly asked for our registry, and we truly appreciate your generosity as we prepare for the day we can finally bring baby Willow home. Most of all, thank you for keeping our family in your thoughts during this journey. Your support means the world to us.
