Sweet Baby Boy #2

We are so excited to welcome our second sweet baby boy, who was very much planned, loved, and wanted. While this pregnancy has brought us so much happiness and anticipation, it has also taken an unexpected turn. At 29 weeks, I was unexpectedly hospitalized, and we have been navigating preterm labor and the uncertainty that comes with it. I am now home, but have since had to step away from work because of the risks. This last trimester has been much harder than we ever imagined, and we’re taking things one day at a time. We haven’t shared much about what our family has been unexpectedly going through, so many of you may be hearing about these challenges for the first time. Because of the circumstances, we aren’t sure if a traditional baby shower will be possible for us with baby #2, but we would be so grateful for any love and support as we prepare to welcome our little one. If you’re able and would like to help us prepare, any contribution, big or small, is truly appreciated right now. More than anything, though, we are grateful for the kindness, encouragement, and support that will help carry our family through this time.
