Black women face the highest maternal mortality rates in this country. and Black fathers carry that quiet fear too. So we are choosing care that listens the first time, honors and protects us. Following the way our ancestors birthed with intention and community. Our midwife and doula are family to us. We trust them with our soul and safety of our little king’s arrival.
