Our apartment complex uses a third party delivery service called “Fetch,” which delivers packages directly to our door rather than to the apartment lobby or leasing office for collection. If Fetch isn’t utilized, there are times when the leasing office may return packages, so using the address exactly as written helps make sure everything reaches us without any issues. However, anything delivered via USPS (not UPS) can utilize our home address in King of Prussia.
