La'Tia & Josiah's Baby Registry
Welcome to our registry!
We are so incredibly grateful for your love, support, and presence in our lives as we prepare to welcome our little one this fall. Whether you are sharing your wisdom, sending prayers, helping us prepare our home, offering postpartum support, and/or gifting an item from our list, please know that your generosity means the world to us. Thank you so much for any and all help you provide as we transition into parenthood!
We are open to secondhand, open box, or gently pre-loved gear as specified on a number of our items (except the car seat). We know buying new can be expensive and so we are open to receiving items on our list in good condition that you find in your home, on Rebel, eBay, Facebook marketplace, garage sales, etc.
For your convenience, our Amazon registry is also linked directly below our cash funds and gift cards.
🧦 A Quick Note on Clothes: We are so excited to keep the baby's gender a surprise until birth! Because of this, we are keeping our newborn clothing choices strictly neutral. If you'd love to help us build out a fun, gender-specific wardrobe for when they get a little older, we would absolutely welcome gift cards to our favorite clothing spots!
We have been incredibly blessed with a wonderful bounty of pre-loved gender neutral clothing in Newborn and 0–3 month sizes, so we are completely set on those early wardrobe essentials!
If you would love to gift our baby some clothing, we kindly ask for gender neutral items in sizes 3–6 months and up (open to new or pre-loved). To help with matching our Minnesota weather to the right fit, here is a quick guide to the seasons baby will be experiencing in each size:
3–6 Months ❄️ (Winter/Early Spring): Cozy layerable pieces, long sleeves, and soft pants.
6–9 Months 🌷 (Spring/Early Summer): Lighter fabrics, breathable layers, and transitional outfits.
9–12 Months ☀️ (Summer/Early Fall): Short sleeves, sun protection, and lightweight rompers.
🧷 Note for EC and Cloth Diapering: Because we plan to use cloth diapers and practice early Elimination Communication, we absolutely love kimono-style side-snap tops, shirts, and elastic-waist pants that allow for quick, easy diaper access over standard full-body zip-ups.
👶 Our Cloth Diapering Journey: Cloth diapers are a big investment up front but beautifully pay off in the long run. They will fit baby from birth until we transition to underwear and can even be reused for future children! To maximize our budget, we are purchasing our diapering system as a single 30-pack bundle directly from Kinder Cloth's website. Because Babylist doesn't allow group contributions on this external bundle, we have set up a "Cloth Diaper Fund" right here on our registry. If you would like to contribute toward our diapering journey, any contribution to that fund or a Kinder Cloth Diaper gift card would mean the world to us!
Please be sure to mark any gifts you acquire as purchased so we know who to thank!
Thank you again for being such an amazing part of our village and helping us prepare for this beautiful new chapter. We appreciate you more than words can say! May God bless you!Bundled picks made to gift
