Welcome, and thank you so much for being part of this exciting chapter with us.

As we prepare to welcome our little baby girl, we’ve been deeply grateful for the kindness and support from the people in our lives. Your love, presence, and encouragement mean the world to us and are truly the greatest gifts.

Contributions are completely optional, and we are simply grateful to share this moment with the people who care about our family.

If you plan on contributing, it may be helpful to know that our registry is structured a little differently than most.

Many baby registries make your address or general location information easily accessible unless you make the registry completely private or remove the shipping address entirely. Due to the nature of the internet and my work, this is a legitimate safety concern.

Because of this, we’ve structured our registry around contribution funds rather than direct item purchases. This allows us to exclude a shipping address, protecting our privacy while still keeping the registry accessible to those who would like to contribute.

Here is how the registry works:

1. There are two main ways to contribute: "Funds" or Babylist gift cards. — Funds are linked directly to Venmo, while Babylist gift cards can be purchased with a variety of payment options and emailed to [email protected].

2. There is a 'General Baby Fund' as well as 'Category-Specific Funds.' — This allows you to make either a general contribution or contribute toward specific items or categories of your choosing.

3. As you scroll down, you will still see our desired items organized by category, with a “Category Fund” located at the top of each section. — The listed items show what we intend to purchase, but they are not available to purchase or ship directly through this public registry.

4. If you’d like to contribute toward a specific item, simply click “Contribute” on the category fund and include a note in Venmo specifying the item.

I know this may feel less personal or ideal than what is typical, but I appreciate your understanding.
