Hi, everyone! First (from Analise): Thank you to Grayson who put this whole registry together; this household is only going to run successfully because of him. Second: Yes, we're having a girl and her name is Maeve Wilder Johnston (^_^). Third: Please don't feel pressured to purchase from this; we created this at the request of various friends and family members, and it helps us keep track for ourselves what we need, but it's certainly not an expectation. Some items are really expensive so we included a fund category at the end if you'd rather contribute towards a big-ticket item without having to shoulder the cost yourself. We didn't include books, clothes, toys, etc because we're open, so if you happen to have things you love in those categories--or otherwise!--that worked for you as a kid or with your own, we're happy to be introduced to something that's been special to you. If you have baby stuff you're ready to get rid of, you are welcome to "regift" that instead--we're just as happy for gently used items as for anything out of the box. Except diapers. Thank you for being in our lives; Grayson is actively social while Analise is content to only see people a couple times a year--but if you're receiving this it's because you're among our dearest, so know that we appreciate and love you! Lastly: we're planning to have a holiday housewarming party some months from now after we're all moved in and baby is here, so look forward to that in due time.
