Leilani & Josiah's Baby Registry
Welcome to Our Registry!
We are so excited to be expecting our baby girl and so grateful to have people in our lives who want to celebrate with us. This registry was put together with intention. We focused on the essentials, skipped the clutter, and chose products we genuinely researched and trust. Our home is small and cozy, so we went for quality over quantity.
One thing that was important to us in building this list is choosing products that are free from harsh dyes, synthetic fragrances, and unnecessary chemicals. Skin sensitivities and allergies run in the family and we want to give our girl the gentlest start we can. Where we have a brand preference for that reason, we've noted it!
Clothing
Baby arrives in July, and we're building her wardrobe from birth through 9 months — so any size in that range is needed and appreciated!
Our everyday staples are bodysuits, pull-on pants, and footie pajamas. Layering pieces like socks, mittens, and hats are just as useful as the seasons shift from summer into fall and winter. We also have a few special occasion outfits on the list for her very first days!
A little note on quantities — we aimed for about two weeks' worth of each essential per size. Multipacks are a wonderful way to help us get there without breaking anyone's budget.
.
A seasonal size guide:
Newborn & 0–3M (July–September) — light and breathable for summer
3–6M (October–December)
— layering into fall and early winter
6–9M (January–March)
— cozy and warm through the heart of winter
We love soft neutrals and gentle pinks, simple solids and soft prints — nothing too busy. Some of our go-to brands for basics are Carter's, Primary, H&M Baby, and Walmart's Modern Moments & Garanimals.
Feeding
We plan to breastfeed through the early months and introduce a bottle around 4–6 months. On the registry you'll find a nursing pillow and pumping supplies — both are high priority for us! We are keeping things as plastic-free as possible, so we've registered for Lansinoh glass bottles exclusively. Their NaturalWave nipple kits are also on our list — the system comes in four flow rates from extra slow all the way to fast, so baby can grow into each stage without switching brands. All 100% silicone, BPA and BPS free. If you'd like to gift nipples, adding one pack of each flow rate is incredibly helpful!
Diapering
We're going the disposable route and the one thing that matters most to us here is fragrance-free. Dyes and synthetic fragrances are some of the biggest culprits for newborn skin irritation, so we appreciate anything that keeps it simple and clean. We like Pura or Hello Bello. Newborns go through diapers fast, so Size 1 and Size 2 are where the real stock-up happens!
Bath & Skin
This is an area we feel strongly about. We love Tubby Todd and Mustela for bath and skincare because both are gentle, clean-formulated, and work great for sensitive skin. For a more budget-friendly option, Pipette is another wonderful fragrance-free line worth looking into. When in doubt, fragrance-free and dye-free on anything that touches her skin is always the right call.
Gear / Nursery & Big Ticket Items
We have our car seat covered, we're reusing a Doona. We do have a stroller on the registry for walks and outings, we have a nice park nearby our new home.
We've included a glider, mini crib, and dresser in the nursery— these are the core pieces we need to put together a nursery space for her. We are working toward purchasing these ourselves but would be so grateful if anyone wanted to contribute or group gift. We also have a bassinet listed as a smaller alternative for anyone looking for a standalone gift. Group gifting through Babylist makes it easy if a few people want to go in together on the bigger pieces!
Play
We lean toward simple toys so wooden, soft textures, bright colors, and Montessori-style play kits are right up our alley. Nothing too loud or busy! We also have a toy registry at Bugzby in Old Town if you'd like to shop local — they carry exactly the kind of toys we love.
A Note on Gift Cards & Off-Registry
If you'd prefer to shop on your own, gift cards to Amazon, Target, or Walmart are always useful for restocking essentials as she grows.
We truly appreciate anything given with love — thank you for being part of this season with us!Bundled picks made to gift
