We still can't believe we're about to meet this little one — and we can't imagine doing it without the people who have loved us into this moment. Whatever you choose to share with us means the world: a gift from the registry, a hand-me-down from your own family (truly, we welcome them), a contribution to our maternity leave fund, or a sweet note or piece of advice. We're leaning toward organic and non-toxic picks where it matters most, but please don't overthink it. Your love is the gift.

A note on our maternity leave fund, since it's close to our hearts: this past January I opened my own therapy practice and business— a dream I'd been building toward for years, and one I came to after recovering from serious burnout and an autoimmune flare at the end of my training. I'm so proud of this new chapter, and I'm growing the practice slowly and sustainably — which feels especially right as pregnancy has layered its own demands on top.

The trade-off of going solo, though, is that there's no employer-paid leave waiting for me. So if you feel moved to contribute, please know that every dollar becomes time — time to rest, to heal, and to bond with baby before I return to the clients I care about. That time isn't just a practical need; it's something we can't get back.

Ps. We have plenty of size 1 and 2 diapers, but we need 3s and 4s!
