A Hundred Acre Blessing

In a forest of dreams where honey pots gleam,

A whisper was heard on a moonlit stream.

Winnie the Pooh smiled and said with cheer,

“A sweet little girl will soon be here!”

The Heffalumps danced, Piglet gave a shout,

“We’ve so much to celebrate, there’s no doubt!”

For come this February, twenty-twenty-six,

A bundle of joy will be in the mix.

Kanga stitched blankets, Eeyore sighed with pride,

While Tigger bounced high, with joy he couldn’t hide.

And deep in the woods, the news quickly spread—

A baby girl’s coming, just up ahead!

Back home in our cozy Hundred Acre nook,

The pets took a pause from their usual look:

Babushka wagged her tail with grace,

While Misiu pranced ‘round the fireplace.

Pancake purred in a sunny spot,

And Sherlock snoozed where it wasn’t too hot.

They’re ready to guard, to cuddle, to play,

To welcome their sister in every way.

A family adventure is soon to begin—

With tiny new giggles and soft, dimpled skin.

So with hearts full of honey and skies painted pink,

We smile at the future, more magical than we think.
