"Hear me out- it’s expensive but I’m in love with mine. It has a bassinet feature so you can lay baby out flat instead of always being in the car seat. The best thing about it is the baseless car seat for me bc we trade off with grandparents and between cars a lot so it’s much easier than always having to have a bunch of bases. The whole system is insanely easy to use. A cheaper option is the graco modes. Basically every single person I know uses it lol. You’ll need a base for the car seat though"

Because of that we don’t need any bouncers or swings or anything (saves money and space). If you spend a bulk of time on your first floor this is totally worth it. If you’re sleeping upstairs you’ll need a second bassinet though for nighttime"
