"We are planning on giving birth with a midwife outside the hospital, as this is something that is really important to us as we start our family. However, most of the cost for prenatal care, birth and postpartum will not be reimbursed by insurance. We hope you can join us and partner in making this possible for us, it would mean so much! Our preference would definitely for support for this fund, so if you are trying to decide between a material gift and supporting our pregnancy and birth journey, we would be so grateful if you would choose the fund!"

"We really would like to get the most of our items to be second hand items. Gift cards are also greatly appreciated. The idea is to have the most important things on hand, and then take time to figure out what baby prefers as we get to know them 🤗 If you are a mama and have gently used items you are no longer using, (and found to be helpful!) we would be so happy with that as well instead of a brand new item!"
