Thank you for wanting to help out as we prepare to welcome our little one!
A few things to keep in mind:
We live in a very small apartment, with not a lot of storage space. We'd prefer to keep the baby gear to a minimum as much as possible, so we've chosen things for our registry that will grow with the baby and/or have multiple uses. We'd also prefer secondhand whenever possible!
We don't intend to learn the sex ahead of time, and even after they're born we'd prefer a gender-neutral approach as much as possible- neutral colors (greens, greyscale, earth tones, etc) and clothes without words are preferred!
We're also going for a Montessori-friendly approach. If you aren't familiar, this means natural materials like fabric, glass, and wood, rather than plastic, and most of the time baby will be worn in a carrier or allowed to roam and explore, rather than kept in "baby containers."
