Samuel Marshall VII will be here before we know it!

We are so excited to welcome our little guy this January, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such wonderful family and friends celebrating with us. Your love and support mean the world to us!

Baby Sam is making his debut in the middle of winter (due January 17), so we put together this little guide to help with seasonal sizing. Please avoid clothing with buttons/snaps to make changing easier for Sam and Alyssa.

Newborn (Jan–Feb): A few cozy fleece sleepers, swaddles, warm layers, hats, and mittens. *Since Dad is 6’8”, we’re expecting Baby Sam to be a pretty big little guy! We’d love to keep newborn-sized clothing to a minimum and stock up on 0–3 month sizes and beyond.

0–3 Months (Jan–April): Warm footed sleepers, long-sleeve onesies, and comfy pants for the rest of winter and cool spring days.

3–6 Months (April–July): Lightweight layers, short-sleeve onesies, rompers, and outfits for warmer weather.

6–9 Months (July–Oct): Summer clothes, shorts, and lightweight layers as the seasons begin to change.

9–12 Months (Oct–Jan): Cozy sweaters, pants, jackets, and warm winter outfits as he celebrates his very first birthday!

We happily welcome secondhand! We are more than happy to receive gently loved baby clothes, books, or gear.
