First and foremost, thank you for celebrating this incredible chapter with us. Your love, encouragement, and support mean more than we can put into words.

Baby Birdie is already the greatest blessing and miracle we could have ever hoped for, and we are counting down the days until we get to meet our little birdie this December! Brent and I are absolutely over the moon with excitement (and maybe just a tiny bit nervous!) as we get ready to dive headfirst into parenthood—with all the love, laughter, sleepless nights, diaper blowouts, and unforgettable moments that come with it.

We're officially over the moon with excitement—and equally aware that our days of uninterrupted sleep, spontaneous outings, and eating a hot meal are about to become cherished memories. We're trading in lazy weekends for diaper changes, midnight feedings, mystery stains, and becoming experts at functioning on espresso and love. Honestly, we wouldn't have it any other way.

As we prepare to embark on the greatest (and probably messiest) adventure of our lives, we're incredibly thankful for our village. It truly takes one, and we couldn't imagine taking this journey without the love and support of our family and friends.

If you choose to bless our growing family with a gift, please know that we are deeply grateful. Every item, big or small, is a reminder of how fortunate we are to have such an incredible village surrounding us and our little one with love before they've even arrived. Every gift—whether it's a pack of diapers, a cozy blanket, or a gadget we don't yet know how to use—is helping us prepare for our tiny new boss, who already has us wrapped around the tiniest little finger.

Thank you for sharing in our joy, for loving our little one before they've even arrived, and for helping us get ready for this next chapter. We can't wait for you to meet our sweet December baby, introduce you to the newest member of the crew, and eventually laugh with you about all the parenting moments we swore would never happen to us.

Until then, wish us luck... we've heard babies don't come with instruction manuals, but thankfully they do come with two sets of amazing grandparents, the most amazing Zia and Tio, incredible Aunties and Funcles, cousins, friends that are chosen family, and Chat GPT.

Our little one is arriving with an impressive family résumé: half British and half Italian! 🇬🇧🇮🇹 Which means we're expecting the perfect combination of British wit and grit, mixed with Italian passion, personality, and enough expressive hand gestures to tell an entire story before saying their first word.

We fully anticipate family dinners becoming dramatic affairs, complete with expressive Italian hand gestures, passionate storytelling, dry British sarcasm, and someone insisting there's only one proper way to make pasta or tea. We're already taking bets on what comes first, their first word... or their first dramatic Italian shrug 🤌. We expect lively Italian conversations where everyone talks at once, balanced beautifully by British sarcasm so dry you might miss the joke entirely. There will undoubtedly be spirited debates over whether tea solves everything, whether pineapple belongs on pizza (absolutely not), and whether biscuits should be dunked for three seconds or four.
