A doula is typically present through most of labor and throughout delivery, offering emotional, physical, and informational support that plays a vital role in comfort and positive birth outcomes. In Washington State, the average cost of a doula is around $2,600, and insurance generally covers only a small portion of this expense. We are asking for help in hiring an amazing doula so that mom can have the birth experience she wants and deserves. Any support is deeply appreciated."
