"Because of our significant health risks, we try to eat very clean. (No added sugars, food dyes, artifical flavoring, white flour, etc.) Fish, egg, non-dairy, whole wheat, or vegan dishes preferred. Ideas: White rice with baked cod or salmon, veggie tray, cut/fresh fruit, lentil stew/soup, whole wheat spaghetti marinara, scrambled eggs, rice stir fry, etc. Big sis, Autumn, likes: Mac n cheese, shrimp/ fish sticks, scrambled eggs, raw fresh veggies (broccoli, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots), apples, berries, melons."

"Due to previous cancer surgery, I will not be able to breastfeed. However, I would like to supplement with some breast milk. We hope to purchase milk from a certified HMBANA milk bank for the earliest weeks/ months of life. This will help toward our ability to obtain some breast milk for baby. THANK YOU!!!"
