Dakota's 1st Birthday

Our Our sweet Dakota is turning ONE! 🥹💚

It’s hard to believe our little Biscuit is already one year old! She’s constantly on the move and keeps us laughing every single day.

Dakota loves exploring, eating, reading books, and proudly showing off her new walking skills. She’s happiest with open-ended toys and tends to get overwhelmed by lots of lights and loud sounds, so simple is definitely her style.

Lately she’s been getting into imaginative play, so we’d love to help grow that interest with things like Little People, Duplos, building blocks, play food, or other pretend-play toys. Watching her carry her studies around is so cute! And when she hands up pretend cups to drink, omg, the best!

She also loves figuring things out! Shape sorters, stacking toys, peg puzzles, busy boards, lock-and-latch toys, things with wheels, knobs, buttons, switches, or anything she can open and close are always a hit. Beginner crafts, chunky crayons, fidget toys, and other hands-on activities are big hits too.

And of course… books. You can never go wrong with a good book!

For clothing, Dakota is comfortably wearing 2T right now and wears size 5 diapers. Since she’ll be growing into the next season before long, 3T fall and winter clothes would be especially appreciated. Our tall girl is in the 99th percentile for height and weight, so she tends to outgrow everything in the blink of an eye!
