While we don’t yet know the name, age, or face of the child who will join our family, we are preparing with love and open arms. This shower is not for a specific child but for the little one (or ones) who will one day call our home their own.
Through foster care, children come into our lives at different ages and stages, sometimes for a short time and sometimes forever. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving home for any child placed with us, whether it’s temporary or leads to adoption. Since we won’t have the typical months of preparation before welcoming a child, we’re getting ready now to ensure we can meet their needs the moment they arrive.
