Emily's Baby Registry

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Please feel free to find any of these things secondhand--not just baby clothes! We would love to take any good condition baby items that you were thinking of donating. And we LOVE homemade items! Also! If you find a better deal on the same thing somewhere else (like Costco or Walmart, etc) just mark as purchased please! Also also: as a first time mom, I am very open to any suggestions you may have for items that you found particularly helpful. Thank you!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Gift cards to Costco, Amazon, or Target any amount would be so appreciated! Unfortunately there is no Walmart in our area and they don't deliver to our zipcode."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Ideally unscented please!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"I would love to have a couple of organizers like this to have around the house for diapers/wipes/essentials in easy reach! If you find something similar somewhere else just mark as purchased please!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Open to secondhand if you're getting rid of one! (I've even seen them for free on Facebook marketplace.) Ideally I like the slide/lift top design as opposed to a pedal step so baby can't reach the pedal once crawling but also not picky haha!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"If you find a better deal on the same thing somewhere else just mark as purchased please!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Whatever we don't use for the stroller (or if we receive a stroller from someone!) will go towards diapers and all the essentials we're probably forgetting about. Thank you so much!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"*Linking two different options of diaper bags that I like--only need one.* I like the easy-access compartment design that keeps things from getting completely lost."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"We're looking for a travel crib with a bassinet setting (this one is rated to hold up to 30 lbs) with the bottom mattress resting on the ground (no weight limit) that has a zipper door flap on the side. Ideally one that folds down small and weighs less than 20 lbs (this one weighs 17). We're hoping to use the travel crib daily, on the bassinet setting until he outgrows it, then the floor mattress. So I also like that this one has a large floor mattress area (42in long x 26in wide). Open to other brands that meet our needs!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Standard size dual-sided (baby/toddler) waterproof crib mattress"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Open to other brands"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"An extra set of cotton sheets for our bed since we don't have a washer/dryer"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"If a simple baby monitor exists that doesn't talk when turning on/off (and has no video or wifi), please let me know! Would love a secondhand analog (non-DECT) monitor as I know those don't "talk" but I believe they are discontinued."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Some warmer sleep sacks for Jan-March (size 0-6 months). 100% cotton. If you find a better deal on the same thing somewhere else just mark as purchased please!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Some lighter sleep sacks for warmer nights (0-12 months). 100% cotton. If you find a better deal on the same thing somewhere else just mark as purchased please!"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"We don't have easy access to laundry so having extra basics like onesies would be appreciated! Any size but mostly interested in size 3 months and up. 100% cotton. I like that these footed pjs have a zipper instead of snaps."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"We don't have easy access to laundry so having extra basics like onesies would be appreciated! Any size but mostly interested in size 3 months and up. Doesn't have to be this exact product. 100% cotton."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Gentle LED-free light for night-time nursing and winter coziness"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"We plan to use vertical wall-mounted storage for baby things (clothes, etc) so a wall mounted shelf with a rod for tiny hangers like this would be perfect! As with everything on the list, open to something similar from a different store or secondhand."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"We plan to use a vertical hanging organizer on the wall to store all baby's tiny onesies, diapers, sleepers, etc since we don't have a lot of room for extra furniture."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Or your favorite unscented baby shampoo/soap that you recommend!"

"We love classic, vintage, and beautiful children's books with good stories! Would love even books for older kids too. Lots of great recommendations from this site: https://www.thisnewday.online/booklists Winnie the Pooh stories, Beatrix Potter stories, Where the Wild Things Are and other Maurice Sendak, Frog and Toad stories, Dr Seuss, Shel Silverstein, etc"

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"A cute animal towel just for fun. Cotton if possible."

Note from Emily and Josiah:

"Would love a toddler tower for when he gets older, especially if it's multi-purpose and converts to a mini table or highchair."

"For room-sharing with a toddler (and traveling while a baby)"
