Emma's Baby Registry

Hello family and friends,

Thank you so much for any support you are able to share as we begin our journey as first time parents. We have a wish for non-toxic clothes, toys, and baby items to help keep both baby and mom healthy. We hope and try our best to limit exposure in our home.

We will be following the Montessori approach for development and education from birth. We would love toys that are simple and encourage low stimulation. Open ended play items that encourage independence are a part of this philosophy.

For clothing, organic cotton pieces are especially appreciated. We are avoiding all plastic and synthetic materials not only for baby but for ourselves too. Some favorite brands include Honest Baby Clothing, Burt’s Bees Baby, Carter’s, H&M, and Primary. We’re grateful for clothing in different sizes and seasons so he or she can comfortably grow into them. Many of these brands often have great sales and we also appreciate gift cards.

Suggested sizes by season:

0–3 months → November–January

4–6 months → February–April

7–9 months → May–July

10–12 months → August–October

I've heard sizes for 6-12 months are the sizes used most in the first year.

We are so thankful for all of your love and support during this exciting time. Some of the websites and products on our registry are sold in USD. If you’d like to contribute toward certain needs (like diapering) but are not sure about ordering, we are more than happy to gratefully accept gift cards or cash to put toward those areas.
