Hello, village! 🤎

We are so incredibly grateful to have you here as we get ready to welcome this little human into the world!

As you probably know, this kiddo’s parents have a tendency to stay busy. We’re always starting a new project, going somewhere, working hard, getting into something, or generally finding new and creative ways to make our lives a little more complicated than necessary lol. & while there are SO many parts of this lifestyle that we cannot wait to share with our little one, we also recognize that bringing a baby along for the ride is probably going to require a few… modifications.

We are fully aware that parenthood has a way of knocking you flat on your a** and then occasionally kicking you while you’re down just to make sure you’re paying attention. So, in an effort to be at least somewhat prepared for the adventure ahead, we’ve put together a registry with things we think will help us survive, and hopefully THRIVE, through this next chapter.

That said, we are, of course, very much-so first-time parents over here and we fully recognize that social media, books, and forums can only provide theoretical answers and insights while reality will likely prove otherwise. If you’re a seasoned parent and there’s something missing from this list that you consider(ed) absolutely crucial to the survival and/or general livelihood of a baby, postpartum parent, or sleep-deprived household, please feel free to consider that as well.

Most importantly, thank you for everything you’ve done to help make us who we are, and for all the love, encouragement, and support you’ve already given us. We are so lucky to have the village we do as we embark on our newest, and undoubtedly, wildest adventure yet.
