Genevieve's 2nd Birthday

Our sweet Genevieve is turning two, though most days she seems convinced she is at least twelve.

She is endlessly curious, wonderfully chatty, impossibly giggly, and in constant motion. If she is awake, she is exploring. Her happiest days are spent outside riding her bike, collecting rocks, chasing butterflies, inspecting flowers, searching for bees, and enthusiastically introducing herself to every dog she can find.

At the moment, she is deeply devoted to all things ocean and animal related. She adores Moana, The Lion King and Mufasa, and her current fixation is Finding Nemo. Turtles, sharks, and bees occupy a surprisingly large portion of her daily conversations.

Whether she is running through the farm to visit the animals, wandering the Philadelphia Zoo, marveling at the aquarium, conquering a playground, or simply exploring a nature trail, Genevieve is most herself when she is outdoors, learning, moving, discovering, and making friends wherever she goes.

If you would like to choose a gift, anything that encourages outdoor play, imaginative adventures, nature exploration, animals, books, creativity, movement, or learning would be especially loved.

One small request: please skip the birthday card. Instead, we would treasure a favorite children's book with a short note to Genevieve written inside. A library filled with stories and messages from the people who love her will be a gift she can enjoy for years to come.
