I just wanted to note that any babylist shop purchases, your item is removed from the registry and marked "purchased" automatically.

But for purchases from other stores: Walmart, Target, Amazon etc. you must manually mark it as purchased on the registry to prevent duplicates. There will be a box to click under the item.
