Heidi's Foster Registry
Welcome, and thank you for being here!
This list exists to help support children arriving in foster care, from birth through age 13, often with very little notice. Each child’s situation, age, and length of stay can vary, so the items here focus on flexible, everyday essentials that help create a sense of safety, comfort, and stability from the very beginning.
This is an ongoing list as needs will change over time and some items may be requested more than once. When children leave—whether returning to family, moving to another placement, or transitioning elsewhere—they typically take their personal belongings with them. Many items; therefore, are used to support each child directly rather than being stored or reused.
Most items on this list do not need to be new. Clean, gently used or second‑hand items are very welcome as long as they are in good condition. While links are included for convience, any brand, style, or equivalent item is welcome. What matters most is that children have access to things that are practical, comfortable, and immediately usable.
There is absolutely no expectation to contribute. Any support—whether material, practical, or simply holding this work with patience and grace—is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping make it possible for children to arrive to a space where their needs, dignity, and well‑being are centered.High Priority Items
