📚regarding books: Please sign/ leave a note or letter (send one digitally or via mail if shipping) and maybe your favorite picture of you (I will print!) that I can attach to the book.

Would love this in lieu of cards (and, they don’t have to only be children’s books or from the registry. Feel free to send your favorite. I’ll keep it in a safe space until it’s the right time to share).

✅ If you have an item you want to send us (even if it’s not our selected brand), please click the “purchased” option and reach out if it doesn’t provide you with our address. We don’t need new and love to help the planet anyway we are able!

🧶🛠️Homemade is awesome. If you see something you can or want to make, I would always prefer that option.

Or if you want to use this as an excuse to buy yourself something new and give us the old, I love that too!

🧸 If you are getting something new (especially clothes/toys), please try to purchase sustainable/green, ethically sourced,“organic,” and as chemical free as possible (vegan when applicable; please no wool or leather).

Repurposing cheap is more ethical than purchasing cheap (donations & hand-me-downs are awesome). Just regarding NEW I don’t want to contribute to fast fashion, unlivable labor wages, a negative climate impact or out of country sales as much as possible.

🌎Support your local artist and small business humans! That would mean as much to me as the gift itself. Use this as an excuse to take yourself to the local market or art show.

♻️You’ll notice a big preference for reusable verse single use: washable diapers/wipes; glass, stainless steel, silicone. Trying to avoid plastic whenever we can. We’d like to honor this as much as possible (but will absolutely & gratefully use what you gift us).

We’d prefer a service for cloth diapers over regular but we will NOT turn diapers down and will do the washing ourselves without the service!

☀️You’ll see a few high priced items or different versions of one item because I can’t decide (especially in the nursery section).

We are not expecting to get most things on the list but rather put some dream items we will happily live without or get ourselves when needed! Some of these are for inspiration, we aren’t too picky aside from sustainable and ethically sourced.

👗We are getting a lot of clothes gifted to us and realistically might not need much. I went overboard looking at clothes and saved some styles I love but baby will look cute in anything (please no wool or leather).

🐳 DOES NOT HAVE TO BE GENDER SPECIFIC. As long as it doesn’t say “I have a penis,” I will be happy with all the clothes (and toys and decor) we get.

🐣 sizing: please err on the side of larger! 6-9months plus. Even 24months! I think we will have a lot of newborn stuff from our friends in Vegas.

❄️winter clothes should be atleast 6-9m +

And don’t think it will ruin the surprise to ask what size I’d prefer before you purchase! It’s a blessing to have you support our family.

🧴Skin care/scented gifts: I have a lot of allergies & sensitivities. If you want to get me a self care product please reach out so I can share what is safest for me to use. Sorry I do have to be more picky on this one! NO LAVENDER (or purple plants/floral scents). Jasmine & Rose are safe for me but I don’t love them and prefer “sweet,” “woody,” earthy scents. Think “hippy.”

🌄 Color preferences: oranges, yellows, warm/light hues, sunshine, desert, sunset. Also love purples & greens (especially forest). But we adore ALL colors here 🌈
