Hi family and friends! Thank you for checking out our registry, we’re so excited to welcome baby Boylan this November! We wanted to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about baby B. He has been diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot, a rare congenital heart defect. This means that he will need open heart surgery at some point in his first few months of life. Luckily, URMC/Strong Memorial Hospital and the pediatric cardiology team in Rochester is one of the best in the country and we will deliver him there, where he will spend his first few days in the NICU. We plan to do everything in our power to give him the best possible outcome, and we appreciate the love and support from all of you!
