Note from Krista and Vieux:

"Vieux recently was laid off from his job of 8 years and with that comes that loss of an income and the parental leave benefits we were anticipating when I return to work in January. He is working hard to obtain a new career path, but at this time he has not been able to secure employment. Due to this anything helps to allow us to be able to bond with our baby and help provide for our family."

"With Vieux recently being laid off and the loss of paid parental leave we will be facing child care costs two months sooner than expected as we originally planned for him to take parental leave when I return to work after maternity leave. Any contribution helps!"

"Since we will not know what size diapers we will need and received many at our baby shower. We kindly ask you to donate to our diaper fund in lieu of purchasing diapers to ensure we are able to fully use them all!"
