Every meal you share is more than food, it’s a gift of space, rest, and healing for Mama, and Papa so they can fully focus on bonding with baby. Easy reheat dinners, cozy breakfasts, or protein-rich snacks allow them to be present in these first precious days. If you’re able, please consider signing up for a date or two on our meal train ( link will be provided in April). Meals can be dropped off contact-free in a cooler at their front porch. Even simple, comforting dishes or freezer-friendly options are deeply appreciated and make a world of difference.
