"We enjoy meals that emphasize protein and veggies, plus easy snacks like protein balls or muffins that can be stashed in the freezer as well. We have an instant pot and a crock pot, which makes preparation quick and easy! Some favorite meal ideas: beef and broccoli/Asian stir-frys, pasta bakes with chicken or beef, Mexican, Thai, or Indian dishes, pizza, soups and chilis, meatballs, chicken pot pie, breakfast foods, etc. Prefer to avoid pork (bacon is ok), bell peppers, and high fructose corn syrup. No other allergies or restrictions."

"Or any local establishment like Walmart, Food City, or local (Dayton) restaurants."

"We have chosen a home birth midwife as our care provider for this pregnancy and postpartum, and we will be paying her in cash from our savings and tax return. We have it covered, but if anyone is so inclined to help us out with the cost, we wouldn't turn that down!"
