"As you may (or may not) know, Kristen being on the birth certificate is a blessing that we are offered here in NYS. However for us to ever be able to travel safely and securely outside of NYS, Kristen will need to adopt both Baker and Baby C #2. We have met with a lawyer and we are estimating between $5,000-7,000. Any bit you can donate to this important but frustrating expense, is greatly appreciated"
