Also just had a wildly unexpected plumbing cost from a sewer pipe bursting in our crawl space, set us back quite a bit!! UM ADDENDUM flooded crawl space HAPPENED AGAIN within one month for completely different reason what the living heck is happening. We are magically flexible though, pivoting somehow!!
