"We would love to have help keeping ourselves fed while we manage our new little family. Mike is allergic to tree nuts, and Rachel has a gluten sensitivity. Some of our favorite meals include: tacos (corn shells or gluten free tortillas), enchiladas (chicken or beef), chili and (gluten free) cornbread, leek and potato soup (Rachel), and Meatloaf (Mike). Most casseroles can be made as usual with gluten free noodles substituted for regular."
